Scope of Services
Xpertise Quality provides property inspection and snagging services, delivering detailed reports to assist clients in making informed real estate decisions. Services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee defect-free properties.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details, timely access to the premises, and cooperating with inspectors. Failure to do so may affect service delivery.
Limitations of Liability
While every effort is made to identify defects, inspections are visual and non-invasive. Xpertise Quality is not liable for latent or concealed defects that cannot reasonably be detected during the inspection. Liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid by the client.
Use of Reports
Inspection reports are intended solely for the client’s personal or business use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reliance by third parties is not permitted without written consent.
Payment & Refunds
Payment must be made prior to or on the day of inspection. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
Amendments
Xpertise Quality reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and effective immediately upon publication.
